

South Africa-based Zimbabwean musician Berita has joined a glowing list of artists performing at Zimfest Live this weekend.
The festival will take place over two days, July 29 and 30, at the Hertfordshire Showgrounds in St Albans.
Award-winning singer best known for conquering spiritwho peaked at #1 on iTunes and earned her gold status on Recording Industry South Africa (RISA), she will join Killer T, Tocky Vibes, Kabza De Small, Musa Keys, Sha Sha and more.

Inspired by the music of the legendary Oliver Mtukudzi, as well as South African icons Hugh Masekela, Brenda Fassie and Yvonne Chaka Chaka, with many of whom she collaborated, Berita’s music is a blend of soul music, Afro-jazz, contemporary pop influences and South African dance music.
In 2011, after moving to South Africa to study and pursue her musical dreams, she quickly became a top singer.
In 2012, he released his critically acclaimed debut album. Thandolwethu (Our Love) and released four studio albums, including the self-titled berite. He has performed at various music festivals over the years, including the Bayimba International Festival in Uganda, the Lake of Stars Festival, the Jacaranda Music Festival in Zimbabwe, and the Cape Town Jazz Festival as part of the Oliver Mtukudzi Tribute Concert.

Tickets are selling out fast, with a limited number remaining. The organizers have unveiled a new and exclusive Sky Terrace package that includes access to a luxury seating platform, with private tables and dedicated bar and waiter service.
Parking is available and attendees have been encouraged to reserve tickets in advance when purchasing their tickets. Permits will also be available to purchase on the day.

The organizers have encouraged attendees to plan their travel in advance, as traffic delays to the venue can be expected during peak hours (2-3 pm) and after the event.
