Ann Coulter dismisses Trump as “utterly stupid” and claims he “betrayed” his constituents

Author and commentator Ann Coulter, once a regular in conservative media but now better known as a harsh critic of former President Donald Trump, claims that Trump “betrayed his base” and that he was “really stupid” because he did not complete the wall under construction on the southern border of the United States.

Coulter was one of Trump’s earliest supporters, even writing a book called “In Trump We Trust, E Pluribus Awesome!” before the 2016 presidential election.

However, in recent years, even during Trump’s presidency, it has become a vocal critic.

More Trump bashing

Coulter was recently a guest on Andrew Sullivan’s “Dishcast” podcast, where he said he was aware of Trump’s personality and character, but he was almost an instant supporter due to his positions on immigration and promising to build a wall on the southern border.

During his podcast appearance, he gave a fierce assessment of Trump: β€œI was well aware of how narcissistic, ridiculous, tacky, vulgar, socialist this guy was. I was aware of. The only thing I underestimated, in fact, I didn’t see at all is that I had no idea how ably stupid that man was. “

He also criticized starting the Space Force instead of focusing on completing the border wall: “Instead of building a wall to protect this country, at least maybe we will be able to establish a new planet.”

At the time, Trump fired Coulter, calling it a “crazy crazy job” and saying “I’m winning at the border.”

No stranger to controversy

Coulter has always been a lightning rod for the left. She has he never shied away from saying what he thought. Some of his more controversial comments were things like,

“Proposing an immigration policy that serves America’s interests shouldn’t require excuses.”

“I think there should be a literacy test and a poll tax to allow people to vote.”

β€œThe Democrats couldn’t care less if the people of Indiana hate them. But if Europeans curl their lips, liberals cannot look in the mirror. “

As well as comments and tweets like these, in 2004 at a speech at the University of Arizona, two men jumped onto the stage and threw cream cakes at her, barely touching her shoulder.

Coulter praises Biden

Ann Coulter may have sealed her fate with the Conservatives.

In August, he announced that President Joe Biden had withdrawn American troops from Afghanistan. Coulter used Twitter and said, “Thank you, President Biden, for keeping a promise made by Trump, but then dropped when he took office.”

In an almost excessive follow-up tweet, he continued, saying, “Trump has repeatedly asked for our soldiers to be brought home, but only President Biden has had the balls to do so.”
