Bethesda is sticking to Fallout 76 for another year, presentation of the 2021 content roadmap for online role-playing game. The new roadmap includes new content and additions to the game, as well as several new expansions.
The Spring content update will add the long-awaited SPECIAL payloads to the game, which is something fans have wanted since the game’s launch in 2018. The new addition allows players to create punch card machines in camps or visit them at stations. Train to Trade their stat and perk cards for your various character builds.
Summer brings the conclusion to the Brotherhood of Steel story that was unveiled last year. Reign of steel will introduce new missions, locations, NPCs, and rewards. You will also be able to create new Power Armor and Legendary items with the update.
Fall is a bit light on the details, but players will finally be able to take advantage of private worlds, which was originally only available to Fallout First subscribers. There is also the mandatory Halloween event called The ritual, although again, details are lacking at the moment.
Finally, winter has Tales of the stars, which finally seeks the aliens to join the Fallout 76 world, which includes a new public challenge that will have players across the map battling alien invaders.
Bethesda will host a Reddit AMA later today starting at 11:30 am ET, which will hopefully reveal a few more details about the roadmap.
