Nigeria’s sole representative at the 2023 Gothia Cup, Beyond Limits FA, began their campaign with a scintillating 3-0 win over Swedish side IK Sirius FK in Gothenburg in the Under-17 tournament.

Clearly buoyed by their experience at the MLS Adidas Cup in the US in April, Beyond Limits looked like the best team in the game. He opened the scoring in the first half through winger Muyideen Olude, before striker Kparobo Aierhi scored his team’s second goal of the game before half-time.
