BOXXER Series Becomes First Sky Sports Boxing Event Streamed Vertical | Boxing news


The BOXXER series will become the first Sky Sports Boxing event to be broadcast on the Sky Sports app on a vertical viewing stream.

You can watch the exciting eight-player tournament, starting at 8pm, via a free vertical stream fully optimized for viewing on a mobile device – and you don’t have to be a Sky customer to enjoy a groundbreaking evening of action.

Just go to the boxing page or main headlines section on the Sky Sports app to locate the free stream, then click on the streaming story to watch it.

The BOXXER series starts at 8pm on a Saturday night

We will cover every corner of the BOXXER series with two cameras focused on corner teams as the drama unfolds, amidst the hectic rounds of Liverpool.

Traditionally, the sport has been broadcast in a 16: 9 horizontal ratio, but the 9:16 stream on the Sky Sports app will allow viewers to watch the boxing event in portrait mode.
