Alhaji Suleiman Adamu, Minister of Water Resources, said Thursday that President Mohammadu Buhari would declare a state of emergency on water and sanitation on November 8.
Adamu made the disclosure during the special Federal Government Town Hall meeting held at Emeritus Prof. Theophilus Ogunlesi Room of University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan.
News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the town hall meeting was aimed at informing people about the achievements of the Buhari-led administration in infrastructure development.
