Eat your mangoes.
We are moving away from consecutive weeks of offensive / controversial movies after our discussion on Scary Movie 2 other freeway and back to comfortable franchise territory. That’s right, just in time for … umm Friday the 12th … Trace and I dipped a finger at Camp Crystal Pond and the delivery of “FriGay” from the Friday the 13th Serie, Part 7: The New Blood.
In John Buechler1988 film, Psychokinetic Tina (Lar Park-Lincoln) is forced to face her family trauma by returning to … some form of Camp Crystal Lake with her supporting mother (Susan Blu) and nefarious medical teams (Terry kiser). There he inadvertently (re) awakens the water-soaked spirit of Jason Voorhees (Kane hodder) who embarks on a new murder spree consisting mostly of the hundreds of horny teens staying at the new cabin door.
Who will win this showdown: the obvious tribute to Carrie Or the unstoppable wall of a man who is Jason Voorhees?
