This easy recipe Chief Meghna Kamdar it’s packed with delicious ingredients and requires no eggs or an oven to prepare. So, try this easy recipe at home and satisfy your chocolate cravings today.
1 cup – all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
½ cup – Powdered sugar (grind into mixie / frosting or powdered sugar – optional)
1.5 teaspoons – baking powder
4 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup – milk
1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder
½ cup of white sugar
½ cup – Brown sugar (optional – can be replaced with white sugar)
¾ cup – hot water
Take a bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour (maida / take half atta and half maida), 2 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder, ½ cup powdered sugar (ground into mixie / glaze or sugar into powder – optional), 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, ½ cup of milk diluted with 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder and mix well with the help of a spoon (avoid using manual / electric mixer).
Place the dough on a tray and spread it evenly.
To make lava, take a mixing bowl and add ½ cup of white sugar, ½ cup of brown sugar (optional, can be replaced with white sugar), 3 tablespoons of unsweetened dark cocoa powder, ¾ cup of hot water and mix .
Pour this mixture gently into the pan over the dough.
Keep the tray in a preheated saucepan / container for 20 minutes.
Put a stand on it (you can also make a layer of salt).
Cover the lid and cook for 40-45 minutes over medium low heat. (After 35-40 minutes, touch the surface if it dries, then it is well cooked.)
Rest for a while and bring it to room temperature.
Then cut it into squares and place on a serving plate.
Top with some ice cream, pour in some lava, place Strawberry and mint leaves.
