Court tells government to STOP attempting to break into James O’Keefe’s phones they seized – The Right Scoop

According to Harmeet Dhillon, a federal court ordered the government to stop attempting to hack into the phones they seized from James O’Keefe so they could argue over appointing a special teacher:

I hope this means the Justice Department hasn’t already broken into O’Keefe’s phones. In any case, they must stop all checkouts and reviews.

I know O’Keefe is not an attorney with confidential client privileges, but given what he does for a living, I think a special teacher is highly appropriate and I hope the judge who ordered this is too.

Just to say, the judge who gave this order is an Obama-appointed one. ?
