“Over the years, I have grown and matured as a producer and leader,” he added later. “I am sure that today I communicate better and more smoothly.”

As Schneider progresses beyond his years at Nickelodeon, he told the Times he’s working on new shows, including a pilot he wrote and sold to another network.
