Underlining that fitness is for everyone, he wrote on Instagram: “Exercise keeps the body and mind healthy.”
The compilation video takes us through her routine that includes a mix of battle ropes, weight lifting, bench press and shoulder press among others.
The video also shows him doing the various exercises while he is ready to do more, saying, “Next?”
The video left his fans mesmerized and generated several responses of appreciation including ‘inspiring’, ‘magnificent sir’ among others.
