First customer’s Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercars are ready!

Production of the Aston Martin Valkyrie is in full swing and the customers’ first cars are now complete and ready for delivery. Here are a couple of pictures from the production line and one of the finished Valkyries.

The Valkyrie is a joint project between Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing. He’s had his fair share of delays before Production could finally begin earlier this year. Soon, some lucky owners will receive the keys to their hypercars.

Aston Martin Valkyrie - Production Line - 1

The Valkyrie is the most extreme hypercar ever produced by Aston Martin. It is literally a racing car for the street. At the core is a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 built by Cosworth and a Rimac-sourced KERS hybrid system that’s good for 1176hp. The engine is mated to a 7-speed single-clutch automated manual gearbox.

Aston Martin is also building 85 examples of the Spider Valkyrie. While the coupe has gullwing doors, the open top has butterfly doors. Then there is the Valkyrie AMR Pro, which is purely a track car. It is slightly longer than the standard version and features the most extreme aerodynamic package.
