Fitment lets you do micro workouts while upgrading your virtual home with pets

Glossbird has officially announced the early access release of Fitment, the studio’s “cozy fitness game” that allows players to up their fitness game while having fun. Now available in Early Access on Android and iOS, the game features adorable Firbuddies for players to train with, along with special rewards to aim for that allow them to spruce up their virtual home with charming décor.

In Fitment, players can expect to earn furniture sets, fabulous outfits, cute pets, and more while relaxing in accessible burst fitness workouts. The app aims to motivate players to include physical activity in their daily activities in a healthy world within the game.

Players can also improve their chosen Fitbuddy’s life situation as they progress. They can team up for accountability with other like-minded people, plus they can send reminders and encourage each other to keep their fitness challenges on track.

The small micro-workouts in the game range from exercises that can be easily performed while sitting down to the simple act of stretching to improve flexibility. Quick Fit exercises, on the other hand, feature general full-body workouts to improve energy.
