Xiaomi is preparing to launch its flagship Mi 11 series in India earlier than expected. The company has not specified a launch date. The announcement came just hours after the launch of the OnePlus 9 series around the world. The Mi 11 was launched in China in late 2020 and became the world’s first smartphone to be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship 5nm processor, Snapdragon 888.

We can’t wait for you to experience it, ”said the Chinese smartphone maker’s Twitter post.

Xiaomi also recently announced its ‘Mega Launch’ online event which will be broadcast live on March 29. At the event, the company is likely to present the Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Lite.
In January, the company’s marketing leader, Sumit Sonal, told indianexpress.com in an interview that “with Wednesday the 11th, we are still looking at the SKUs (stock keeping unit) that we want to bring into the country. Maybe at the end of January we will finish the whole line-up ”.
It will be interesting to see if there will be any minor in the specifications of the Mi 11 or not. The global variant of the Mi 11 comes with a 6.81-inch AMOLED display with a 3200 × 1440 resolution. It supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 480 Hz touch sample rate. The flagship processor is backed by a 4,600 battery. mAh with support for 55W fast charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging. At the rear, it has a triple camera setup with 108MP main camera, 13MP ultra-wide camera, and 5MP macro camera. On the front, it has a 20MP snapper.
Your fingerprint scanner comes with a heart rate sensor. The device has stereo speakers with sound tuned by Harmon Kardon. On the connectivity front, it has NFC support, Wi-Fi 6E, and the ability to connect two Bluetooth headsets at once. RAM and storage go up to 12GB and 256GB respectively. It comes in five color options, including smoky purple and khaki. It will be interesting to see the price of Wednesday the 11th in India. Based on the global price, the device will cost approximately Rs 65,000 (converted from euros), while converting the price from China, it will be about Rs 20,000 less.
