Sexual Predator Arrested One Day After 9 Year Prison Sentence For Removing Ankle Monitor
A Florida man who was recently released from a 9-year sentence is back behind bars. The man was originally convicted of lewd and lewd assault on a victim who was only 12 years old.
Albert Gardner, 29, had an ankle monitor attached the day he was arrested.
After his probation officer tracked down Gardner and noted how long he had been in a convenience store, authorities searched for him.
This is where it gets even crazier. Gardner not only tossed his monitor into a trash can, but was revived after police found him overdosing on what his sister described as a narcotic.
After being released from the hospital, Gardner was booked without bail and charged with tampering with an electronic monitoring device and violating his probation.
