The EC in 2012 under the leadership of Mr. Afari Gyan signed an agreement with a data services company for a period of 7 years each with a payment of $4 million.

He said that from 2012 to 2018, who was named EC Charlotte Osei, there has been no contact with the data system and all this amount of money lost to the state could have served as the nation’s savings.

He concluded, a forensic audit should be carried out on the incident to deal with the culprits and to serve as a reprimand to the corrupt men and women in the country.
