General Hospital Star Kirsten Storms has revealed that she underwent brain surgery and is in recovery.
In a series of videos shared with her Instagram Earlier this week, the 37-year-old actress said she had undergone an operation and was heading home from the hospital.

Storms seemed to be in a good mood in the videos, making jokes throughout his story.
“There really isn’t any filter that’s going to improve this for me at the moment,” he joked.
“So I haven’t really talked much about this or anything. Less than 48 hours ago I had brain surgery, hence the collar, it was in the lower part of my brain. Em is taking care of me until I get to my nurse at home “.

The aforementioned Em is Emme Rylan, Storm’s friend and former co-star.
“It’s been an interesting few days,” said the Zenon: the girl of the 21st century said the star.
Storms said the surgery was necessary because she had “a very large cyst that had split in two” that needed to be removed.

“What they had to drain and remove was not cancer; I want to clear that up right now, before the internet goes crazy with rumors about this,” said the actress.
“I had a very large cyst that had divided in two and the doctor said it was so full that the pressure was very noticeable when they opened my skull, it sounds very strange.”
Storms said she plans to take several weeks off from work to recover from the surgery, which she had already been recovering from for a few days in the hospital before she was sent home.
“So I’ll be recovering for the next few weeks, but I’ll be back to work when this is over,” he said.
To which Rylan reassured Storms: “You can take a moment.”
Storms concluded his Instagram story with a forceful comment that he felt like “shit” and needed to go.
