Horror as two women, 6 & 11, stabbed in knife rampage in France as faculty put on lockdown & armed law enforcement officials swoop

TWO women, elderly six and 11, have been stabbed in a knife rampage close a number one faculty in France.

The attacker, 28, has been arrested and the 2 kids have been taken to a clinic with superficial wounds, police stated.

The 11-year-old used to be stabbed outdoor the varsity within the the town of Souffelweyersheim, month the six-year-old used to be attacked through the similar guy in a sq. within sight.

Armed law enforcement officials and fireplace services and products swarmed the varsity and didn’t let someone in or out till they showed it used to be secure.

Malik, a security guard at the school, told Le Parisien that he had seen a man with “orange hair” and a “gray jacket” lurking near the school just before the attack at 1.45pm.

“He seemed strange to me because he always glanced towards the school,” he said.

Terrified parents were later in the afternoon allowed to pick up their children, who had been confined to the school in the immediate aftermath of the attack.

“I’m truly scared. We’ve been reassured that the youngsters are secure inside of, however we don’t know once we’ll have the ability to get them again,” said Sarah, a mother of a pupil, aged eight, before the green light was given to collect the children.

The attack came as Prime Minister Gabriel Attal announced a series of measures aimed at cracking down on violence committed by schoolchildren against their peers.

There was no indication so far that the attacker had a link with the school.
