To make things easier for users during the ongoing pandemic, Jio users will now be able to obtain various services through WhatsApp including recharging your mobile phone number, transferring a new SIM, and more. This also applies to JioFiber and JioMart payments. All users need to do is save the number “70 00 77 0007” and send a text message with a simple “Hello” from their Jio number at WhatsApp. The bot will open a catalog of services available through WhatsApp.
These services include recharging Jio SIM, getting a new Jio sim or port-in (MNP), support for Jio sim, support for JioFiber, support for international roaming, and support for JioMart.
Jio users can also file complaints and get answers to their queries through the messaging platform. Users will also be able to view information related to COVID-19 vaccination through this bot. In particular, users will also have options for different payment methods, including e-wallets, UPI, credit and debit cards, etc. The service is currently available in Hindi and English and will offer more Indian languages soon.
