We all want to reach a certain level of fitness. But as much as it tries to establish fitness goals, it’s also about being mindful of accomplishing those plans through commitment and discipline.
Sharing how she is managing to reach her personal goal, actress Sameera Reddy recently posted about her experiences on Instagram. Keep reading.
“Discipline and hard work is something I stick with as I believe getting in shape is about creating lifestyle habits. We are not looking at a short-term goal here, but a long-term goal to lose weight, ”he said in an Instagram video.
Reddy, a mother of two, has spoken about various women’s issues, pregnancy weightand self-love on many occasions.
Sharing how last week happened, he said, “Now the most stressful thing about this week was getting a bit cranky, some mood swings, but making sure you stick to the plan.”
So what was your routine like?
“I woke up exhausted, but still managed 45 minutes of yoga this morning. For me, being consistent and disciplined is my only way to make sure I don’t fall off the plan. I dropped from 91 kg to 90.6 last week, ”he captioned the video.
By eating at the 11 a.m. window. M. A 7 p. M. (As part of the 16: 8 hours of intermittent fasting), you have been incorporating lots of fluids, including water, into your routine. She drinks herbal tea or black coffee without milk and sugar in the morning.
“This fast has helped me stop that late night snacks Which was a big problem for me with mommy tired and attacking candy for energy! I am eating at three points: 11 a. M., 2 p. M. And 6 p. M. I am not doing any crazy diet. Only very well balanced meals. If I go on a diet at some point, I’ll share it, but I don’t want to get overwhelmed at this point, ”he added.
And how about exercising?
Along with online yoga classes with practitioner Pramila Kamal three times a week, she handles badminton every day and rides her bike four times a week.
“But the trick is to be mindful and keep moving and stay active, ”he said.
