Corporate India’s investment in assets such as plant, equipment, land, buildings and acquisitions grew by 9.1% YoY in FY22, faster than the 7.4% YoY growth in capital spending in the last year. Still, average capital spending growth over the past two years was significantly slower than the previous two years in the run-up to the pandemic.
