However, during a new interview for Hollywood Life, he admitted that in the past he was afraid of losing his many female fans as his role in Mean Girls made him a major heartthrob in the industry.
I mean, for decades everyone has told you that you are going to lose all your teenage fans. [if you come out] everyone is going to hate you. And if you lose them, no one will see your movies, therefore, no one will choose you. And that’s the stark truth of what you hear, ‘revealed Jonathan.
It turns out the opposite happened!
