Kodak Black has been using his social media to get some things off his chest. This time around, the Florida native took to Twitter to share that he believes he ignited the career of Grammy Award winner Megan Thee Stallion with his 2019 catchphrase, “Drive the Boat.”
In Meg’s appearance on ABC’s daytime talk show. Strahan, Sara and Keke, Meg did not seem to deny the claims that she is the creator of the catchphrase while playing a trivia game. When Kodak heard about the clip, he called out to the star before saying, “I really want to go wrong with the first one, but I’m going to keep this shit nice,” he wrote while behind bars.
Now that the rapper is out and has more time on his hands, Kodak is still seeking his credit from the Houston hottie.
“‘You know what? I’m on Jit Wit Bout 200 Bands or Sumn since I ranted with Da Man Quote I got rich and didn’t mention Em Nan Time,'” she wrote suggesting that Meg should be the author behind this tweet. “Who should have said that on Twitter?”
“I’m enlightened, I’m not old and wandering somewhere hating young blacks. I’m here counting this money, but I keep pointing shit. All you B’s on D * ck !!!”
“Make a career out of taking a small part of my sht & IB Coming For My Money. Baby doesn’t have to go out of her way to give my credit, but the opportunity came to her when they asked that question on TV and they’re on some Black Lives Matter stuff. t fr. ”
“Especially since he’s just out of prison and black lives matter, so let me pay a little tribute to uncle and throw him back on Em or Sumn. Or do you know what I’m going to let my boat drive and even call it? ”He continued.
Meg has yet to respond to Kodak Black. Do you feel like the “No Flocka” rapper should let it go? Or is he right?
