Lindsay Lohan’s dad is thrilled to have another grandson!
Michael Lohan shared with People magazine that he “is very, very happy for Lindsay and Bader.”
Lohan added that the couple, who announced the news of their first baby, Luai, on July 17, “will be amazing parents.”
Telling the outlet that his family feels “truly blessed,” Michael added that it’s “wonderful” to have his first grandchild. His daughter, Michael Lohan. Jr. has a 2-year-old daughter with his wife Nina Ginsberg.
The proud grandfather also told People that Lindsay’s labor “went very smoothly.”
People reports that Lindsay’s mother Dina, who is heading to Dubai to join Lohan and her new grandson, also said she was “overwhelmed with love and joy.”
“My flight is today, so excited,” she told the outlet.

Lohan’s representative confirmed the news of the birth in a statement to People on Monday.
“Lindsay Lohan and her financial husband, Bader Shammas, have welcomed a beautiful and healthy son named Luai. The family is head over heels in love,” the rep told the outlet.
