Concept art of Loki reveals that a scene was deleted with a Rocket Raccoon variant.
One of the most attractive and innovative components of Loki it was the inclusion of funny Easter eggs that were scattered throughout the series. The series featured dozens of dark blinks and you’ll miss out on the references and Easter eggs that would get even the most die-hard Marvel fans excited. The series also featured numerous hilarious variants of Loki, such as Alligator Loki. Unfortunately, no other Marvel Cinematic Universe characters were around to get their own variant. However, a new piece of concept art reveals that there was a scrapped scene that could have featured a Rocket Raccoon variant.
The Disney Plus Documentary Assembled: Loki’s Making He looked at some of the more unique aspects of the show, such as the setting and character design. A piece of concept art that helped shape the queue area at TVA features the appearance of a walking raccoon. It’s hard to imagine other walking raccoons being capable of being criminalized as Rocket Raccoon, leading many to think that the creature is actually a variant of the Guardians of the Galaxy member. Of course, the variant never appeared in Loki, but it makes us wonder what other characters from the MCU might have appeared in the series.
