Matt Smith spotted on the set of House of the Dragon Photos

Matt Smith has been seen in photos from the first set game of Thrones derived series, House of the Dragon, as production begins.

Although interest in game of Thrones Definitely calming down after the divisive ending of the entire series, HBO continued to move forward with a series of spinoff shows to maintain the show’s popularity. So far, the network is developing three other shows that would explore different characters and stories from across Westeros. But the first spin-off, Dragon Houserecently started filming, and the set photos have given us a fresh look at the Targaryen characters of Matt Smith and Emma D’Arcy.

HBO recently confirmed that Dragon House had started production by sharing a behind-the-scenes photo of the entire cast at a table read for the series. But now photos have surfaced on Twitter showing Matt Smith’s Daemon Targaryen and his niece / wife Rhaenyra Targaryen, played by Emma D’Arcy. In the photos, the two can be seen sporting the signature white hair of the Targaryen family as they stand and talk on the beach. Take a look to game of Thrones spin-off below.

Here is the synopsis of the game of Thrones derived series:

Based on the book by George RR Martin Fire and blood, the series will tell the story of House Targaryen (also known as the House that the Mother of Dragons herself gave us, Daenerys Targaryen) and will take place 300 years before the events of Game of Thrones.

Miguel Sapochnik will act as showrunner with Martin and Ryan Condal. Dragon House stars Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy and Paddy Considine, Rhys Ifans, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, and Sonoya Mizuno.
