Michael Jordan disapproves of his son, Marcus Jordan, dating Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife, Larsa Pippen.
As he left the Matignon in Paris on Sunday, Michael was asked what he thought about Marcus dating his former teammate’s ex-wife. Initially, the NBA legend responded with joy. However, when asked for his approval, Michael said “No.” Subsequently, he doubled down on repeating his answer and shaking his head.
Despite Michael’s repudiation of his son’s relationship, Larsa claims that everything is friendly between her and the Jordans. While on the Tamron Hall Show, she opened up about the dynamic she has with Marcus and his family. In addition, she Larsa pointed out that she has spent vacations with the Jordans.
“Yeah, I feel like we’re great, yeah,” Larsa said. “I feel like we’ve spent vacations together and it’s good. We’re in a great place.”
Many believe that because Michael and Scottie were teammates on the Bulls in the 1990s, Marcus and Larsa’s relationship would be fraught with tension. Not to mention, the two Hall of Famers have sordid pasts.
Marcus, 32, and Larsa, 48, reportedly began dating in late 2022.
