“Summer has arrived and so is the need for a refreshing salad. Here’s my go-tosalad. It’s refreshing, light and delicious, ”said Raichand.
How to do it?
2 – Sliced cucumber
½ – Sliced green zucchini
½ – Sliced yellow zucchini
2 cups – Coarsely chopped mixed lettuce
100g – Feta cheese
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
10 – Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
* In a bowl, add the feta cheese, black pepper, and dill. Beat until smooth.
* Then add sliced cucumber, zucchini and mix well.
* In a serving platter, place the lettuce and top with the mixed salad.
