Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, want their daughter Lilibet to be baptized in Windsor in front of Queen Elizabeth.
Harry, 36, and Meghan, 39, left the UK for California last year, but they are confident that their daughter Lilibet Diana, born in June, will be baptized at St George’s Chapel in Windsor like her brother Archie in 2019.
A source told the Eden Confidential Daily Mail column: “Harry has told several people that they want Lily to be baptized in Windsor, just like her brother. They are happy to wait until circumstances permit. “
Harry reportedly shared his plans when he returned to the UK this month to unveil a memorial statue to his late mother, Princess Diana, at Kensington Palace.
Harry also talked about living as a father of two during his visit, admitting that he and Meghan see it as “juggling” raising two children.
Harry attended the 2021 WellChild Awards at Kew Gardens in London, where he was questioned by pop star Ed Sheeran, who has 10-month-old daughter Lyra with wife Cherry Seaborn, about life with two-year-old son Archie and Lily.
The 30-year-old singer said, “Congratulations, girl, huh? We just had a little girl 10 months ago. You’re still in the trenches! How do you deal with two? “
To which Harry admitted: “Two is definitely juggling.”
Harry said his oldest child was “running like crazy,” but his little daughter was still a dream.
He added: “We are lucky so far, she is very cold and seems happy to just sit there while Archie runs like crazy.”
