Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) joined Maria Bartiromo on Friday night to discuss the latest revelations about the Biden crime family.
Rep. Mace told Maria Bartiromo that if Biden officials do not show up to testify with documentation about the Biden crime family, they will be held in contempt of Congress.

It should be noted that if the Democrats EVER had this much information on a Republican leader, that person would already be indicted and in prison. Instead, we have months of talks and committee meetings.

Maria Bartiromo: We are hearing more and more stories that Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, may have gotten in the way of the US Attorney’s investigation. David Weiss says he was stopped at every turn trying to carry out the investigative steps necessary to investigate Hunter Biden’s tax crimes.
Representative Nancy Mace: Good. And it is very clear here that someone is lying. And I trust these whistleblowers much more than I trust the Attorney General, Merrick Garland. And what we should be doing is quoting everyone, every document, every statement, especially the one from Hunter Biden yesterday, anything there is. Because what we’ve learned is that the DOJ has been complicit and has been covering up this investigation. We heard from the IRS whistleblower this week. And what I want to do is call Merrick Garland, the Attorney General. I want to take him to Congress under oath and ask him if he ordered the code red. Because the more we learn about this, the worse it gets. And I think this will go down as one of the most corrupt presidents, the most corrupt administrations in the history of the United States. And I can’t express how angry I am, Maria. The more I learn about this, the worse it gets. And the fact that they were blocking this corruption and money laundering investigation, literally, the Biden family sold our country, is unbelievable and obscene.
Maria Bartiromo: The president, James Comer, told me last week that he thinks there could be more than $40 million that can be identified from the money received by the Biden family. How long has it been going on and what can you tell us about his research at the moment on influence pedaling?
Representative Nancy Mace: I’ll tell you some of the suspicious activity reports that we’ve seen, I saw just one that was over $40 million. Now, that was split between multiple people, not just the Bidens and their relatives. But when it comes to the $18 million the IRS ruined this week, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I think this could go a long way. It’s going to go way north of that. I think it could go beyond the $50 million we’re talking about. But we, as the Oversight Committee, have to win the judgment of public opinion by showing the overwhelming amount of evidence that I think our committee is going to receive. So we are using companies in foreign countries to obtain offshore bank records. We have to be able to connect the dots, show the evidence, because, as you just saw on the screen that you gave Maria, the United States does not trust Congress. So what I want us to do is provide the evidence and let the American people decide for themselves how corrupt this president, his administration and his family have really been.
Maria Bartiromo: …Look, Dr. Jill Biden has been pushing him to run in 2024. Maybe she doesn’t want the gravy train to stop. Can she explain to us the most important and damning evidence that she claims to have?
Representative Nancy Mace: …TThe 1023 forms so far have been the most damning, and if we could just eliminate them, we’d have everything we’d need to connect the dots. But unfortunately, the FBI has been obstructing our investigation. Thank goodness we have Congressman Comer and Senator Grassley. Grassley seems to know where all the bodies are buried, and we get information from his investigation and from whistleblowers who come forward… The unclassified 1023 forms will also be very important because they corroborate information in text messages, emails, and messages. by WhatsApp. that Hunter Biden had on his laptop. None of this is a conspiracy theory, Maria. You know it. I call the balls and strikes right in the middle. And this will become one of the most explosive corruption stories in American history when we finish this investigation.
Maria Bartiromo: Do you think you will get to the bottom of the matter? I mean, let’s face it, Comer told us there are 20 shell companies. Yes, but there are 20 fictitious companies. How will you follow the money? They made it very complex, didn’t they?
Representative Nancy Mace: Yes they did it. And in the first FBI 1023 form, the Ukrainians bragged about how the United States would be taken. Government ten years to follow the money and find out where the money came from and where it eventually ended up through the different shell companies. But thank God we have good witnesses and IRS whistleblowers who have been part of that investigation, who have done something until they were blocked by what appears to be Merrick Garland, who is going to be key to all of this. We have to put him under oath, we have to take him before Congress, and we have to get the truth. We don’t have much time, Maria. It will require a lot of money and resources and we have to work fast…
…We don’t have an answer yet, that I know of. And if they don’t show up, Maria, if they don’t turn in the documentation, then we’ll have to hold them in contempt of Congress. That is absolutely a threat to me that is on the table and it was something that we should use because we have to get to the bottom of this. We have to get to the truth, because Merrick Garland was clearly part of the cover-up. And if he doesn’t do his job, then we have a duty to do it for him. And that is what we are going to do in Supervision.
