Espoo, Finland – On July 4, 2023, Nokia Corporation (LEI: 549300A0JPRWG1KI7U06) acquired its own shares (ISIN FI0009000681) as follows:

On February 3, 2022, Nokia announced that its Board of Directors is initiating a share buyback program pursuant to authorization granted by Nokia’s Annual General Meeting on April 8, 2021 to return up to €600 million in cash. to shareholders in tranches over a two-year period. . The second phase of the share repurchase program began in accordance with the Regulation on market abuse (EU) 596/2014 (MAR), the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the Commission and under the authorization granted by the Assembly Nokia Annual General on April 5, 2022 on January 2, 2023 and ends no later than December 21, 2023 with a maximum total purchase price of EUR 300 million.

The total cost of the operations executed on July 4, 2023 was 1,408,264.60 euros. After the disclosed transactions, Nokia Corporation owns 73,772,855 of its own shares.
