MANILA, Philippines – Former Athenaeum star Jia Morado married her longtime boyfriend Miguel de Guzman.

The current Creamline setter and her fiancé exchanged vows on Thursday. Morado shared the update on his Twitter account.

“I can say, with 100% certainty, that I just married my soul mate,” Morado wrote along with a photo of her and de Guzman showing their wedding rings.

Morado’s teammates from the University also attended the wedding, including Kim Gequillana and Jamie Lavitoria.

De Guzman and Morado announced their engagement on October 1, 2020 via their social media accounts.

Alyssa Valdez, who had been listed as the cordon sponsor, and her fiancé Kiefer Ravena were unable to attend the wedding due to previous engagements.
