Strong buyer satisfaction despite limited inventory, more EV training is needed

According to JD Power’s 2021 Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) StudyCustomer feedback with the car buying process is mostly positive, despite the recent shortage of stocks. Those who bought a vehicle online were even more satisfied than buyers who went to the dealership in person. Porsche ranked first among premium brands for dealership service, while GMC outperformed mass-market brands.
