The 76ers believe they have enough assets to sign Lillard. The question is whether the TrailBlazers are willing to let Lillard go. Lillard made it clear over the weekend that he’s not impressed with TrailBlazer’s offseason. He also denied a report that he plans to ask the team to trade him.
