Former President Donald Trump used Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral on Monday to criticize President Biden, this time poking fun at his seat more than a dozen rows back in Westminster Abbey.
“This is what happened to America in just two short years. no respect!” Trump said on Truth Social, the platform he launched after being banned from Twitter. “A good time for our president to meet the leaders of certain Third World countries though. I would have been seated there, and our country would be very different from what it is now!”
Biden reportedly sat behind Polish President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Jill Biden sat near the Swiss leader.
“In Real Estate, as in Politics and in Life, LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!!!” Trump said.
The funeral was limited to active heads of state, so Trump did not get a chance to be on the guest list.
Trump has used his social media platform in recent weeks to brag about his long-standing relationship with the British monarch amid complaints about Biden and a series of investigations into him.
Former first lady Melania Trump posted photos of the Trumps and the queen, saying: “We are grateful for her strength, grace and dedication over seven decades. I will always treasure the time we spent together.”
