“to make payments as contractually required under the MSA and the Severance Agreement.”

Kevin he informed the court that he was struggling financially.

He said,

“I have fallen behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires homeowners association payments and I am behind on that bill. If homeowners association dues are not paid, foreclosure will soon follow.”

“I am behind on my credit card payments because I have no money since severance payments were suspended. My life has been greatly affected since Plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement.”
