The 2023 NFL season was something of a whirlwind.

Several teams exceeded expectations, while others were expected to make the playoffs, but they ended up falling short of their goals.

The Arizona Cardinals were one team that fell a bit flat last year.

Despite having a strong roster on paper to start the year, the Cardinals had one of the worst records in the NFL in 2023, ending the season at 4-13.

While their record could be viewed as discouraging, Mina Kimes recently highlighted an area where the Cardinals excelled last year.

As she indicated in a segment of her show with Field Yates as a guest, the Cardinals had the best-rushing offense in the league from weeks 10 to 18.

This indicates that, despite shortcomings in several areas of their game, the Cardinals did a few things well last year.

With any luck, they can recapture that magic in 2024, and with the anticipated upgrades to their offense next season, this could be a massive step in the right direction.

The Cardinals just selected Marvin Harrison Jr. with the No. 4 overall pick in the draft, who could bring a lot of energy to this team by himself.

They also took Trey Benson in the third round, a running back with immense upside.

Benson will join this dominant rushing attack from last season, hoping to start his NFL career on the right foot.

The Cardinals have struggled to gain traction over the past several years, but this could be the start of something new for their organization.
