Every diehard NFL fan knows that this is the Kansas City Chiefs’ league.

Until somebody beats them, they are the kings of the castle.

On Fox Sports’s The Carton Showformer NFL receiver Greg Jennings gave his take on who the biggest challengers are to the Chiefs in the conference this year.

“I’m going with the Houston Texans…You think they’re not going to improve with the guy leading this team, C.J. Stroud, doing what he did last year,” Jennings said Wednesday.

The Texans are a sleeping giant in the AFC.

They are very comparable to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC.

No one thought that they would accomplish much in 2023.

They won the AFC South after finishing with a record of 10-7.

After winning Offensive Rookie of the Year, Stroud is ready to get even better in his sophomore NFL season.

He will be able to do just that after the addition of All-Pro receiver Stefon Diggs and Pro Bowl running back Joe Mixon.

They already had talent in 1,000-yard receiver Nico Collins, young receiver Tank Dell, who recorded over 700 receiving yards in just 11 games before fracturing his fibula, tight end Dalton Schultz (set a career-high in yards-per-catch at 10.8), and veteran receiver Robert Woods.

DeMeco Ryans has this team cooking right now.

If they end up contending this season once again, which they should, the Chiefs might not want to face them.

They have the quarterback and elite firepower to compete with Kansas City.
