The Phoenix Suns are in a tough spot right now.

Despite finding some success against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the regular season, they’ve struggled mightily in the postseason.

They’re now 0-3, and their latest loss wasn’t even close.

The Suns headed back to The Valley looking to get one back and make this a series, and now, their chances of coming out of the first round are quite slim.

Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean they’re ready to waive the white flag.

If anything, Bradley Beal wants everybody to know that he’s not going to go down without a fight, stating that he’s never been swept, and it’s not going to happen now (via Gerald Bourguet & Legion Hoops).

Granted, it’s not like Beal was making the playoffs often with the Washington Wizards, and he only made the playoffs five times in his eleven years in the nation’s capital, so there weren’t that many chances of being swept.

Moreover, at the beginning of the season, Beal claimed that he was happy that he would finally get to play meaningful basketball.

It doesn’t get any more meaningful than this.

It’s now or never for Frank Vogel’s team, and they would have to make history by becoming the first team to come back from a 0-3 deficit.

They definitely have the firepower to do it, but it takes more than having three great scorers to win in the playoffs, especially against a hungry and gritty team like the Timberwolves.
