The Los Angeles Clippers are in a tough spot right now.
They simply cannot afford another loss, or their promising season will come to an early end — again.
Notably, coach Tyonn Lue will have to get his team ready to perform, and lifting morale after how things went down in Game 5 won’t be an easy task.
As shown by SportsCenter, the Clippers set a franchise-worst record by losing by 30 points, their largest loss in a playoff game.

Paul George struggled from the field and finished the game with just 15 points, while James Harden had his worst game of the series with just seven points.
The Clippers were unbeaten in this series without Kawhi Leonard, and they were fresh off putting up a huge lead against them in Game 4, proving that they had more than enough talent to get by without their best player.
That’s why coach Jason Kidd and the Mavs deserve so much credit, as they seemed to crack the code in the second half of Game 4 and kept that momentum going for Game 5.
The series will now head back to Texas, and the Clippers will have to be much better if they want to stave off elimination and force a win-or-go-home matchup back at Crypto.com Arena.
