Police identified his body by a distinctive tattoo on his leg.

Kaikan moved to Thailand to work in a restaurant after her modeling career dried up and she needed to financially support her family at home.

He regularly posted photos and videos online of his new life and shared his experiences with his family and friends.

Until he mysteriously stopped posting anything in April 2023, causing great panic in Thailand over what happened.

Kaikan’s family spent months trying to find her and even went to the Thai embassy to help locate her.

They reached out to everyone they could think of who lived nearby in Bahrain and managed to contact the Thai community living in the Middle East to help with the hunt.

The Thai embassy in Bahrain informed Kaikan’s family on April 18 that a woman’s body had been found in the Salmaniya Medical Complex morgue.

It had been unidentified since last year after police were initially unable to identify the body.

He only became involved with Kaikan after police found a tattoo on his leg.

His death was caused by “acute lung and heart failure due to alcohol poisoning,” according to the autopsy report.

Kaikan’s body is still in Bahrain as his family tries to bring him to Thailand.

His family have posted tributes online after learning of his tragic death.

Sister Suthida Ngernthaworn spoke about her brother’s death saying: “My sister started working in Bahrain about two or three years ago and found an Arab boyfriend there.

“However, we have not been able to contact her since April last year.

“Our family contacted the Thai embassy in Bahrain and learned on April 18 this month that he had passed away.”

However, Suthida is suspicious about Kaikan’s death, as she claims that photos of his body show signs of bruising.

He continued: “The embassy in Bahrain documented the cause of death as alcohol poisoning, but photographs of his body contained bruising.

“We couldn’t recover his body because repatriation is expensive.

“My mother also wants the case to be reopened and an autopsy performed again.”
