Putin – who is all but certain to secure a third term this month in a sham election – is plotting “a dynastic transfer of power within a totalitarian system,” Feigin argued.
“This is important to him,” he said. “In the next 12 years, he must create conditions in the system under which no one except his heirs can be at the head of the state.”
Feigin argued: “There are sons on this marriage (with Kabaeva), that’s completely true.
“This has been established and showed through many…She no doubt has two sons…those are Ivan and Vladimir.”
He endured together with his principle: “I suppose that he desires to attend till the approaching of life at 18 of one of the vital sons….”.
Feigin defined that Putin may just hurry off an “overnight” trade within the charter that may permit an early royal-style succession through a son, instead than look ahead to the life of 35.

Luiza, who turns 21 this week, is believed to be a studying in a Western capital while Russia’s war in Ukraine drags on.
But Feigin said that his two public daughters will “certainly” be brought to power as “he needs them”.
He forecast that his daughter Maria – who has suddenly been propelled into the limelight in recent months – will be made health minister after the election.
Her younger sister Katerina could be made education minister, Feigin predicted.
“Russia is a sexist country, and the women’s factor in politics and tool isn’t a very easy one,” stated Feigin on Gordon’s widely-watched YouTube display.
“Putin, most likely, will choose the path of maximum stay in power.… He (also) has a daughter from his (ex-)mistress (Svetlana) Krivonogykh.”
Putin’s two eldest daughters have been together with his ex-wife Lyudmila Putina, Russia’s former first woman.
Maria Vorontsova is a geneticist and knowledgeable on dwarfism, is a important researcher on the Nationwide Scientific Analysis Centre for Endocrinology of the Ministry of Fitness of Russia.
Her sister Katerina Tikhonova, 37, a former prime kicking ‘rock’n’roll’ dancer-turned-mathematician, is director-general of the Nationwide Highbrow Construction Foot in Russia.
