Tough Blow for Bronny James As Olivia Dunne’s $214,000 Surge Brings Major Shift to NCAA Millionaire Ranking

The LSU stars seem to be shining brighter than ever in the NIL field. Now, as the WBB NIL queen Angel Reese has moved on to the professional leagues, her counterpart and friend Olivia Dunne of the LSU Gymnastics has taken her place. And so impressively that she has even surpassed the once NIL king Bronny James. Her latest multi-million deal with Passes brought in a profitable boost in her NIL ranking, adding more tragedy-stricken weather to the young James’ life.

March 1, 2024, marked the day when Livvy signed a deal with Passes. The platform allows social media influencers and creators to build and scale their businesses. It also allows the users to get one-on-one Q&A sessions and more with these entrepreneurs so they can build a robust relationship with the fans and ultimately earn money. While much of the details about the contract have not been revealed from either side, On3 showcases the rise of the NCAA gymnastics champion.

Her NIL value last month was equal to Bronny James at $3.7 million. However, due to her lower followers, she stood in the third position. With the addition of this deal, Livvy’s NIL value now stands at the second position with an increase of $214,000. Her current name, image, and likeness index stands at $3.9 million. Contrastingly, Bronny James still stands at $3.7m with $13.4 million total social media followers.

Collectively, she has 5.1m Instagram followers, 7.9m TikTok, and 124,000 followers on X. On the other hand, Bronny James has seen a fall in his NIL valuation due to his lack of a successful college basketball career as a Trojan. However, he has found a way to shut the flooding doors by continuing his basketball career as a professional. He may have a hard time there as well, though.

Turns out, ESPN has snubbed him from their 2024 NBA mock draft. Nevertheless, a pro team may still pick him. It will be interesting to see the developments in the NIL 100 ranking. Further, if Olivia Dunne wishes to return for her final year at LSU, she may even give Shedeur Sanders, who sits atop the NIL list, a tough competition.
