The 2024 NFL season can’t start soon enough for the New York Jets.

The fans have waited for a year to watch Aaron Rodgers do his thing in his new threads, as he was only there to kick off the 2023 season, wave the flag, and play four snaps before suffering a season-ending injury.

Rodgers made a strong push to come back from his Achilles injury late last season, but with the Jets all but eliminated from playoff contention, there simply was no point in rushing his way back to the field, especially at his age.

For now, the fans will just have to settle for a glimpse of what he’s been up to.

That’s why the Jets took to Twitter to tease the fans with a clip of Rodgers getting some snaps and throws in with young star WR Garrett Wilson.

Despite having one of the worst quarterback situations in the league, Wilson has been an absolute stud in his two seasons with the Jets.

He should be in for an All-Pro-caliber season with Rodgers behind center, and expectations have never been higher for this team.

The Jets added another prime pass-catcher in Mike Williams and gave Rodgers an elite protector in Tyron Smith.

Once again, injuries will continue to be a concern for this organization.

But if the offensive line manages to hold up and Rodgers doesn’t suffer any setbacks, we could be looking at one of the strongest powerhouses in the AFC, and maybe even a legitimate Super Bowl candidate.
