The body of a WOMAN bodybuilder was discovered tied up and with stab marks at her workplace.
Fabiana Maia Veras was found murdered in the clinic in Assu, Brazil, where she worked as a psychologist.

The grim discovery was made by an employee at around 6pm on Tuesday local time.
The victim had cuts, probably from a sharp weapon, on his hands and other parts of his body.
The 42-year-old woman was found tied and tagged at the clinic, which was also her home.
CCTV shows a man wearing a head covering, a face mask, goggles and surgical gloves appearing at the property at around 5pm local time.
Fabiana could be seen talking to him before inviting him into her house where the crime occurred.
Police say the man stabbed the victim before going to the kitchen to wash the blood off his hands.
He reportedly spent 15 minutes at the home and then fled the scene in a getaway car.
According to the police, the suspect He took Fabiana’s phone in an apparent attempt to hinder the investigation.
He was arrested next day outside his property in Natal, 246 kilometers from the crime scene.
The bodybuilder’s phone was found destroyed inside his apartment and a bag containing three knives, two brass knuckles and a blood-stained gun was found in his car.
The suspect is believed to be a 41-year-old state judicial officer who had prior connections to the victim.
Assú police chief Valério Kurten said the two seemed to know each other as Fabiana showed confidence even though the man hid his appearance.
He said of the security footage: “She hugs him, so you can see there’s an affectionate gesture. So, yeah, they knew each other.”
“She was surprised by his clothing, but she responded, took it and then we saw the image of him leaving with his hand full of blood.”
Although the motive for the crime is still unknown, Fabiana may have had a close relationship with the suspect’s ex-partner.
Police will extract data from the suspect’s phone to try to determine the motive for the murder.
The suspect had paid the getaway driver, a family friend, “to take him to a psychiatric appointment.”
He was interrogated, found to have had no involvement in the crime, and released.
The investigation continues and the blood was sent for analysis to the laboratory to identify if it belonged to Fabiana.
The psychologist was known for her toned physique and posted snaps of her workouts and mental health tips on her Instagram with more than 5,000 followers.
In a post from September last year, she wrote: “There are several telltale signs of a toxic relationship, such as lack of mutual support, harmful communication patterns, constant anxiety and fear, as well as jealousy, attempts at control, threats. , criticism disguised as praise and other harmful behaviors.
“If you notice any of these signs in your relationship, it is critical to recognize and evaluate what is happening.”
