The New York Jets don’t have much to write home about at the wide receiver position outside of their young star Garrett Wilson, and even though they signed Mike Williams in free agency, there is still much to be desired at the position.

Armed with the No. 10 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, the Jets are in a prime position to land one of the three star WR prospects available, and one of them recently spoke about how much he’d love to suit up in New York.

According to a recent video shared by SNY, Washington’s Rome Odunze said he loved the Jets’ facility during his visit and would embrace playing for the team.

Odunze is the consensus No. 3 wideout in this class behind Ohio State’s Marvin Harrison Jr. and LSU’s Malik Nabers, and all three are so highly regarded that they could all be gone by the first ten picks.

Odunze put up a monster season at Washington last year with 92 catches for 1,640 yards and 13 touchdowns while catching passes from fellow prospect Michael Penix Jr.

The former Husky shined at the NFL Combine as well, posting a 4.45 40-yard dash and 39-inch vertical leap at 6’3″ and 212 pounds.

Mike Williams has had plenty of injury woes in his career, most recently the torn ACL he suffered last season that contributed to him signing just a 1-year deal, so WR is certainly an area of need for the Jets.

The Green Bay Packers never gifted Rodgers with a first-round receiver, so the Jets have the chance to make their future Hall-of-Famer very happy.
