Madrid Open: Rafael Nadal Loses Cool at Chair Umpire Fergus Murphy in Heated Scenes After Getting Robbed off a Challenge

Rafael Nadal‘s second match on his way back to the Madrid Open began with chaos. The Spaniard, who faced a defeat against Alex De Minaur in Barcelona is to play him once again, looking for revenge. While the fans were excited enough to witness the intense showdown, it turned out to begin with a heated argument with the chair umpire.

The fans welcomed the King of Clay with immense chants of his name. However, as soon as the match started, the chair umpire Fergus Murphy gave an out call which didn’t seem to satisfy Rafa. As soon as this happened, the legend decided to leave his position and approached the chair umpire to argue for the call.

While the official didn’t seem to be following what Rafa said, he demanded to see the supervisor straightaway. “Call the supervisor,” Rafa said, being confident about his claim. As the match continues to move ahead, it is sure that the fans will be experiencing high levels of intensity.
