Four people were killed and 15 others were injured in three separate shootings in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood on Saturday night, police said, as several major shooting incidents were reported across the country during Halloween weekend.

“This is a really big scene. It’s spread out.”
Comeaux said police had made some arrests and were interviewing people who had been taken into custody. The chief said investigators were still trying to establish how the shootings were connected and what prompted them.
